THE PROCESS
Three steps, fully telehealth.
From your first lab draw to your first delivery — every step handled remotely, every protocol built around you.
01
Comprehensive Lab Work
Every protocol at MBP begins with bloodwork. We work with mobile phlebotomy partners across Miami to bring the draw to you — no clinic visit required. For patients outside Miami, we coordinate with nationwide draw partners so labs happen wherever you are.
The panel is more comprehensive than what most primary-care visits cover. Hormones, metabolic markers, inflammation, lipids, and the biomarkers specific to whatever direction your protocol might take. Your medical team reviews everything before you ever talk to a clinician.
Mobile phlebotomy available throughout Miami-Dade and Broward. Nationwide draw partners elsewhere.
02
Physician Consultation
Once your labs are in, you'll meet 1:1 with your medical lead via secure video. We review your results, talk through your goals, and map out a protocol that fits your biology, your lifestyle, and what you're trying to address.
This isn't an assembly-line intake. Plan on 45 minutes to an hour, and on actually being listened to. You'll leave the consult knowing what your protocol looks like, why it was chosen, and what to expect over the first 90 days.
All consultations are conducted by licensed physicians via secure video.
03
Direct-to-Door Delivery
Your protocol ships directly from our state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partners to your door — discreetly packaged, climate-controlled when needed. No clinic pickups, no waiting rooms.
Ongoing support and protocol adjustments are part of the program. As your labs evolve, so does your plan — we recheck biomarkers, refine the protocol, and adjust as your body responds.
All compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed 503A pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Realistic timelines, honest conversations.
From your first inquiry to your first delivery, the full process typically takes two to four weeks — most of that is scheduling labs and reviewing results carefully. The goal is to get it right, not to get it fast.
Outcomes vary considerably by protocol and individual. Some patients notice changes within weeks; others on longevity-focused protocols are tracking things that play out over months. Your medical lead will set realistic expectations at consultation — and adjust as your biomarkers come back.

Every protocol begins with a comprehensive biomarker workup. The conversation goes from there.
